PREP is for Catholic children not attending Catholic school in Grades K to Grade 7. It prepares them to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation.
If you haven't heard the term “PREP” before, it was previously called "CCD" or simply “Catechism”. Classes are taught by volunteer catechists and held on Thursday evenings, 6:15pm-7:30pm, from September to the end of May. Class breaks follow the Surrey School Board calendar.
